  3. ECHO TICS is contained in two files: TICS.EXE and
  4. ECHO TICS.DOC.  TICS.EXE is the program while TICS.DOC contains the
  5. ECHO user's manual for the program.  To obtain a copy of the user's
  6. ECHO manual, place the disk containing the TICS.DOC file
  7. ECHO into the default drive and type COPY TICS.DOC PRN:
  8. ECHO followed by the RETURN or ENTER key.  System requirements
  9. ECHO are an IBM-PC or compatible.  It is highly recommended
  10. ECHO to read the entire user's manual before attempting to
  11. ECHO use the system.
